Vance T. Rosling - President

Vance has been in the Registry business, with BTRS, for 19 years. He is the owner of BTRS and has been involved in the day to day operations of the company since his first day. Vance prides himself with having the very best co-workers in the industry. Its because of this team that BTRS has become the most professional and reliable Registry company in British Columbia.

Vance's interests outside of business include boating, cycling, skiing, fishing and being outdoors.

David Dickie - Senior Land Titles Agent

Dave has been in the Registry business for 24 years, and has extensive knowledge in all areas of Land Title, Corporate, Personal Property and Manufactured Homes. He is known for his calm demeanor and good sense of humour. Dave's willingness to go the extra mile and his excellent rapport with both clients and registry staff makes him a very valuable member of our team.

In his spare time Dave enjoys playing horseshoes at a club in Saanich, cycling and going to the gym. He has two grown children, Jason and Lisa (both of whom have been employed by BTRS), and two grandchildren Rowan and Nigel.

Randy Johnson - Land Titles Consultant

Randy has over 32 years experience working at the Land Titles office in Victoria, including 25 years as a Senior Examiner. Randy is one of the most competent, knowledgable and experienced Examiners in British Columbia.

He is an expert in all aspects of Title registration, requirements, document interpretation, analysis and LTO procedures.

Leonard Reid - Process Server

Len has been with the BTRS team since 1999. He is a retired Police Officer after serving 7 years with the Oak Bay Police and 23 years with the Vancouver City Police. Len was a Private Investigator and Skip Tracer from 1998 to 2003 and now provides just Skip Tracing. With the experience that Len brings to BTRS he is able to be the very best Process Server there is.

In his spare time Len is a member of the Greater Victoria Police Pipe Band as a side drummer.

Warren Holm -  Process Server

Warren "Stony" Holm has been with BTRS since 1994, providing excellent service for our clients in the Process Serving department. Warren was in the Armed Forces for several years, and is now please to work here at Burns & Taylor.

Warren's interests are gardening, walking and birdwatching.
